What's included in the price?
Every price includes the complete shed structure with LP SmartSide siding, 2×6 floor joists, 3/4" Advantech plywood subflooring, architectural shingles, Tuff Block foundation, delivery, on-site installation, taxes, and ground prep (in most cases). What you see on this page is what you pay.
Is there a credit card fee?
There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. Cash and check payments have no surcharge.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we offer financing through Wisetack. You can check your rate in 30 seconds with no impact to your credit score. Most shed customers finance for under $200/month. Apply during your consultation or visit our financing page.
Can I get a custom size not listed here?
Yes — we build custom sizes. Book a free consultation and we'll quote your specific dimensions. Both lean-to (single-slope) and gable (peaked) roof styles are available for any size.
How long does it take to build?
Most sheds are built in 1 day, on-site at your property. Larger sheds (16-wide) may take 1-2 days. From booking your consultation to completed build is typically 1-3 weeks depending on schedule.
What if I want a finished interior (insulation, drywall, HVAC)?
These prices are for the shell (exterior structure) only. For a fully finished interior, check out our Finished Structures page. We offer three interior finish packages starting at $8k–$12k on top of the shell price. Total finished structures start at $24k. Popular for offices, gyms, she sheds, and more.
