Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Indy Shed Company LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website and our shed sales, delivery, and installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Indy Shed Company LLC provides the following services:

  • Storage shed sales

  • Shed delivery and placement

  • Shed installation and assembly

  • Custom shed orders

  • Free estimates and consultations

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual site conditions for delivery and placement

  • Customization options selected

  • Delivery distance and accessibility

  • Site preparation requirements

  • Material cost fluctuations

We will communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.

Delivery Terms

Shed delivery is subject to the following conditions:

  • Customer must provide clear, accessible path for delivery (minimum width requirements apply)

  • Ground must be level and prepared for shed placement

  • Customer is responsible for any necessary grading or foundation work

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or manufacturing delays

  • Additional fees may apply for difficult access, long carries, or special equipment needs

Scheduling and Cancellation

Delivery and installation scheduling is subject to weather conditions, manufacturing timelines, and crew availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to:

  • Inclement weather

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Transportation issues

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Orders cancelled after production has begun may be subject to restocking fees or forfeiture of deposits. Custom orders may be non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your purchase agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit is required to place your order and begin production

  • Balance is due prior to or upon delivery

  • We accept cash, check, credit cards, and financing through our partners

  • Payment options is subject to approval through Wisetack

Warranty

Indy Shed Company LLC sheds come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and typically include:

  • Structural warranty covering workmanship and materials

  • Roofing warranty (varies by roofing material selected)

  • Warranty does not cover damage from storms, accidents, or improper use

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and weathering

  • Customer modifications may void warranty

Specific warranty terms will be provided with your purchase documentation.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying local zoning and HOA requirements allow for shed placement

  • Obtaining any necessary permits before delivery

  • Preparing the site with adequate drainage and level ground

  • Ensuring clear access for delivery vehicles and equipment

  • Calling 811 to have utility lines marked before installation

  • Providing accurate property and placement information

Placement and Property Lines

It is the customer's responsibility to verify property lines and setback requirements before shed placement. Indy Shed Company LLC is not responsible for sheds placed in violation of property boundaries, easements, or local setback requirements. We recommend consulting with your local building department and verifying property lines before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indy Shed Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our products or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana, in accordance with Indiana law.

Text Messaging and SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number through our website forms, you consent to receive text messages from Indy Shed Co. related to your inquiry, including quotes, scheduling, delivery coordination, and project updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

We do not sell or share phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties for their own marketing.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

Indy Shed Co offers a mobile messaging program. By opting in via our website forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., quotes, project updates, and appointment reminders).

  • User Opt-In: Users opt-in by providing their number and checking the required consent box on our contact forms.

  • User Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project status.

2. Limitation of Liability

Indy Shed Co is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our SMS program will be resolved through binding arbitration in Indianapolis, IN

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
