Hello,
My name is Bill Rollison and I am the founder of Indy Shed Company. I decided to start the Indy Shed Company after my own frustration trying to buy a shed for my backyard. I went to the large home centers but couldn't believe the prices they wanted for such low quality sheds. I also found it impossible to find someone who knew what they were talking about to help me.
I went home frustrated and decided to design and build my own shed to save some money. I was so happy with the finished product that I decided to go into business building them.

Welcome to the Indy Shed Company. Whether you are looking for a simple shed or a customized shed, Indy Shed Co provides many options. We build on-site, so you won't have to worry about tire tracks and tearing down fences.
I am the owner, and either I or a personally trained carpenter will build your shed on your lot. We take time and build it like it's ours.
When you want a shed built, you want to know it's made right and will last. Indy Shed Company has a great design that customers love and rave about. It's fully customizable with many options; we can add "dormers" on the top on either side, and install transom windows.
We use LP siding with a 25-year warranty and PVC trim that will never rot. We can add benches, ramps, and lofts.
We have streamlined our process to provide residents of Indianapolis, Indiana an efficient way to build a shed that doesn't cut corners and will last 25 years plus without rotting out.
We build our floors with treated 2x6 beams spaced 16in on center, not 2x4s like most builders; ask them what they use for their floors. We use 3/4 inch Advantech weather-resistant plywood on top of those beams for a nice solid floor.
Walls are built 24 inches on center and the same with the trusses in the ceiling.
We have 5 different options for roofing shingles colors.

Some larger sheds will require permits, please check with your local jurisdiction and check if a permit is required in your area, even some larger sheds a structual engineer may even be a good idea or required.
