A fully loaded 16×24 with dormers, extra windows, and custom paint starts at $13,500+. Interior finishing is separate — add a finish package from $8k–$30k+ depending on the level. Can I add electricity and climate control?

Absolutely. We build the shell with framing ready for electrical installation. A licensed electrician can run power, outlets, and lighting. For climate control, a ductless mini-split is the most popular option — it heats and cools year-round. All our finish packages include electrical, and Estate includes a mini-split installed.

What's the difference between a she shed and a regular shed?

Construction-wise, nothing — it's the same premium build with the same materials (LP SmartSide, 2×6 floor joists, Advantech plywood). The difference is in the design intent and customization. She sheds and man caves typically have more windows for natural light, custom paint and trim, and are designed with interior finishing in mind rather than pure storage.

Permit requirements vary by municipality. Most structures under 200 sq ft don't require a permit in most Indianapolis-area jurisdictions, but it depends on your specific location and HOA. We can help you navigate this during your consultation.
